Music and theatre were part of everyday life for Leonie Dubuc from early on. As the daughter of Belgian baritone Gilbert Dubuc and ballet teacher Sigrid Lühr-Dubuc, she grew up in an artistic home. She began her own path in musical theatre before stepping in front of a microphone for the first time in 2013.

She trained as a musical performer at Hamburg's Stage School and gained further experience at Shenandoah University in Virginia. Her first engagements took her on tour with the Cocomico Ensemble, in productions including Bibi Blocksberg and SimsalaGrimm. She then appeared on stage with Familie Malente in Musik aus Studio C in Braunschweig and Hamburg.

Studio Hamburg Synchron eventually brought her to dubbing, and she stayed.

Today she voices roles in international film, series, and animation productions. She can be heard as Gwen Stacy in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, Emilia Harcourt in Peacemaker, Kristi in From, and Aira Shiratori in Dan Da Dan, among others. Further work includes A Big Bold Beautiful Journey, Interior Chinatown, Star Trek: Section 31, and The Neon Demon.

Leonie works in German and English in Berlin studios and remotely for international productions.
